  • This one could not wait to try flying and had a short glide to the ground. He was not injured and I was told he later got back up to the nest.

  • As I was shooting with a longer lens, others kept getting closer with smart phones, he became nervous and began to vocalize, which in hawk language means "momma". It was then time for all to leave him alone.
